Between this options, I prefer Vino.com.

French is a official language in France (fr), Cameroon (cm), Belgium (be), Canada (ca), in some African countries and more.

German is a official language in German (de), Austria (at) and Switzerland (ch)

For example in Netherlands or Sweden, the national cctld is the first option.
