I've seen idn.***20013;***22269; domains advertised for sale on other forums. Are these legitimate domains?

CNNIC states: There are ".cn", ".***20013;***22269;", ".***20844;***21496;" and ".***32593;***32476;" are currently available for registration.

I understand ICANN has been testing .idn's for a while. However, I did not know you could already register .idn domains. Once the testing phase finishes, do you think .***20013;***22269; domains that were registered before ICANN gave the offical approval will be allowed?

Also, what do you think is/will be more popular .***20013;***22269; or .***20844;***21496;?
