all my domains are for development, topblogs.com.ph is a developed example which does over 10k pageviews a day and is in Top 500 in Alexa under Philippines. there's also boracay.com.ph

yes dotPH started offering $38 1 year regs for a limited time, seems like theyre testing if more people will register if they lessen the initial registration fee.
