Vino.com is better, no doubt.
I would never develop a .es domain without having the .com one, as I never do the same with a .net without the .com.
Unlike other countries, Spanish TLD was restricted for too much time just for companies having a registered mark, so Spanish domains were just few ones and now all people here use to look for the .com, prior the .es.
