Of course but still it's getting more and more complicated and less accessible for different nations to understand websites in other countries (different domains, languages, scripts). I hope that language tools like Google Translate will get more and more professional. For now they are very helpful for me to read Chinese websites and in the future they will probably make translations almost as good as those made by humans.
