Who can register .ly?
No requirements. Anyone can register any of the .LY domain names except for the gov.ly and edu.ly extensions.
What are .ly second level domains?
- com.ly: Dedicated only for entities that provide commercial services. Also, registered trade names and marks can be registered as domain names under com.ly.
