It does indeed (you are guessing a couple of the points I will cover in my presentation if my hoped-for talk at Amsterdam goes ahead. There are many Dutch and Belgians registering such names!
There is another, much bigger hack on JE in the Dutch language (or should I say 'more little'). I'll leave you to guess on that one.
In addition JE is a French domain hack (JE='I')
GG is attractive to online Gambling, and to Chinese registrants (again, I'll leave you to guess why, or ask me in Amsterdam).
