The Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) is an international group of techniques that is responsible for most of the Internet standardization. It is due to this standardization that Internet can be universal, leading to a system that is uniform to everyone.
This summer the IETF will meet in Stockholm. IETF will then arrange its 75th meeting since the Internet was deployed in the beginning of the 80'ies. .SE is local host and main sponsor of this event.
On April 14 .SE and ISOC-SE arranges a joint seminar as a preparation for this upcoming big Internet event.
The seminar takes place at Ringvägen 100, Stockholm (Skanstull) in .SE:s new premises, A1, 9th floor. After the seminar you are invited to mingle, some food and drinks. During the seminar we will describe the aim and meaning of the IETF 75 meeting as well as giving you the highlights of last years IETF meetings.
