We always have spanish people in Brazil, you see, we are surrounded by spanish speaking countries... when its summer beaches in Brazil are full of people from Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Chile and so on...

Not a lot of people speaking, but maybe 1 or 2 %.

my domain juegos.com.br (in spanish) gets some good traffic.

We don't. Except for some words that are the same in both Portuguese (Brazilian spoke language) and Spanish, we don't use spanish words here.

English words are more popular than spanish words in Brazil. For example: fast food, sale, shopping, delete, express, love, etc... that ones usually used by general media (TV, magazines, etc.)

Best regards,

Yes, there is great value! 2 million people is a lot of people. Population of metropole city.

juegos.com.br is making good $ parked at sedo.

Many domains in english have traffic here too. Not huge traffic but good traffic.

Regards,

Thanks for the info - very interesting and definitely a HUGE market!

Last I checked Brazil had the second largest computer market in the world next to the U.S. - maybe its India now but it has to still be in the top 3!
