Thumbs up What about .tk?

Nice forum Rick, congrats!

I own several good .tk (not free ones). I would like to see a discussion forum for them. I would like to bring to light their support and transfer policy and hopefully we can get some things changed.

The .tk is a classic cctld. It needs a place in the forum.

I think .tk lost its value since it started giving out free domain registrations.. It's my opinion of course but I can't see .tk domains gaining any value in the future..

It'll be added. We are adding an entire 4th row to the flags this coming week.

I beg to differ. I snatched up quite a few "free domains" when they were introduced such as sextoys.tk and sterling.tk and I have renewed them for 7 or 8 years now and they provide me with a study stream of traffic plus sales.

In Turkey is a success. The .tr (official cctld) have a lot of restrictions, it's a easy option.

I've read it somewhere that .tk is full of hackers, carders and lowlives. Bad investment from my POV.

I read somewhere that dot com is full of phishers and hackers. Does that make dot com worthless?

You have these idiots on all extensions especially .cn and .com

One name I have, sextoys.tk has great traffic and good conversions. I don't think my customers care if it is .tk or .com

They still buy

Then We should only register .no or .is domains because they are safer as Norton Symantec.

Wow! Is the traffic from typeins or the result of development?

Thank you for that interesting precision. You are right, I had read about that, but had forgotten it - useful reminder! I will pay more attention to .tk domains next time I see some of them. (I am a frequent visitor to Turkey, and I will attempt to see if I come across many .tk names.)

This was a month ago. Where is the .tk forum and the entire 4th row?
