Value of .im's

I was wondering if anyone thinks that .im(Isle of Man) will have any value?

I have recently registered the following domains for the heck of it.

Landscaping.im
Plumbing.im
HomeAndGarden.im

Minimal resale value if anything at all.

The value will be in developing keywords. The renewals on these are also quite high.

I agree. The reason I haven't registered any is because of the renewal price.

Look other cctlds .me .cc .ws .io, many sales has taken

Even though the renewal price is quite high, .im domain names will increase its value in the future .Therefore,I think you should keep these domain names and try sell them in a couple of years .
