.gr or .com.gr?

Since there is no .gr forum i will make my doubt here.... i would like to invest in some greek domains and i would like to know wich extension is most used, .gr or .com.gr.

Should i assume that .gr is the king? if so, wich is the situation of .com.gr in front of .gr domains? do they worth?

.GR.COM vs .GR

-You can register a .GR.COM between 1 and 10 years,while you can register a .GR just a minimum and maximum of 2 years.
-While completion of confirmed registration of a .gr domain name can take up to 20 days, .GR.COM domain registration is provided in real-time .
-.GR.COM has no restrictions,while .GR has a number of restrictions .
