i think it has no relevant value, the owner of the trade mark can take it back in any moment. For example, in Spain, with .es domains even it had no need of making a wipo, just a notification to nic.es and the domain would be its

i've just browsing & i found Volkswagen (VW) gets domain name within the TJ domain zone ? VW.TJ | Hi-Tech | Tajikistan News - NA "ASIA-Plus".

if you decide to buy it i suggest you first to check if it is a representative market for volkswagen (maybe they dont already have it becouse they dont comercialize in that country) and the legal aspects of the cctld, specially the trademark's point.

My company, DomainBroker.pl, offers domain recovery services for companies. I can tell you that registering/trading with domain names like volksawgen.xx is not a good business for domainers - first of all, such activity breaks the IP law and is not professional for a domainer. Finally, such names' registration do not bring you significant money - corporations are willing to pay XXX EUR for a compromise. If the financial expectation raises above 1000 EUR, they start a legal actions. It looks like that in practice.

Usually in such cases, corporates get angry and are willing to go to the court, from a first step. But, analyzing financial and business aspects, I am used to advice them to try to get a compromise - that's better for both sides.

As a domainer also, I do NOT recommend to register TM names. Register and buy generic keywords only - here is the real domain business.
