Default Translation Tool? More Visitors?

What do you guys think about machine translation tools?

I have my guys researching ways we can ad a button to "translate this post" on all the threads so that more people can participate that don't speak English well.

I've noticed that people haven't been making fun of anyone for grammatical mistakes which I think is a wonderful thing. A board like this couldn't survive if people were making fun of each others languages.

Not sure how useful this will be. Also I thinkk you have to make sure you don't overload the forum with too many gadgets.

I agree we don't want too many. I certainly don't want it looking like some other forums I've seen out there. If it would be useful though, that's a different story.

Translation tool will be useful in my opinion. I hope that Google Translate can be implemented.

I have no problem with automatic translation tools, as long as everyone is aware that they are crappy and experimental.

About the More Visitors in the topictitle: I don't believe in quantity, but I do believe in huge amounts of quality

I don't think the Machine translation tools are useful. I've voted. They're horrible.
