Nothing to do with domains, but I can't see anywhere else to put this.
For Rick and anyone else trying to stop smoking; I know everyone is different, but this is what worked for me (after 20+years and several attempts). There are two aspects which I attribute to my stopping (stopped for 5 years now). Firstly, I decided I would stop when I went on a trip to China. My reasoning, was that there would be enough things to keep my attention instead of thinking about cigarettes. Secondly, for a week or two before the trip, I used to think of the times when I smoked most; with a coffee in the morning; after a meal; with a drink etc. Then I'd picture myself doing those things, but not smoking - and not wanting to. It was visualising on a very casual level. And that's it! Easy... On the few times when my resolve was tested, I just pictured myself getting through it without breaking...and I know now that I never will. Now....anyone know how to shift about 30lbs...?

Here's my plan. I'm reading three books on it and taking what I learn; to write the text for and launch a site on my kickthehabit.com domain. I have so many smoking facts swimming in my head right now I have no desire for a cigarette.
