Flippase is a domain name aftermarket place. We are holding 2 main type sale for aftermarket domain names -- dutch auction and fixed price listing.

Regular Dutch Auction: A 30-day dutch auction starts with the start price and decreases everyday until either gets the first bid or 30-day dues;
Closeout Auction: Similar to Regular Dutch except that the start price is set to $65 and reserve price set to $5;
Fixed Price: A.K.A "Buy it Now" Or BIN. You can modify the price or change the sale type for BIN later on unless an offer had been placed.

We promise there would be 0% commission for the first $5,000,000 sales in gross. After that, we would charge 2% ~ 3% commission from each sale, or a minimum of $5, whichever is greater.

In order to protect both sellers and buyers, we highly recommend every user apply to be a certified user after signing up an account.

As a buyer, you are not eligible to place a bid/offer to any domain name if you not certified.
