.ai domains

The .ai domain will open up to people outside Anguilla at 12:00 EST today. You should have an account at http://whois.ai and starting on the 15th then be able to register domains there.

If you do not already have an account it will take about 2 weeks to be activated after payment of a $100 account fee.

Edit: Just received this email: Couple last minute things about ".ai" domain opening: I said 12:00 EST and the East Coast is on EDT. So we are really going to launch in about 1 hour at 1 pm Anguilla time (GMT-4). When you click "register a new domain" and enter the infobut have not paid yet it will only hold the domain for12 hours. So you have time to register several and thenmake one payment, but do not think you can hold domainsfor a long time without paying.
