Sunrise: Open April 6th, for 6 months.

The owners of a .com.br have preference

Sunrise will finished on October 6th

Go Live: Open October 27th

Is it just net.br that will be released or will .br also be available? I thought from the title of your thread that .br may also be available, but after reading the article I'm thinking it's just net.br

Only .net.br. Sorry for the confusion. I changed the title.

So I guess it won't be a great investment to buy .net.br domains. Waiting for .br release

.FM.BR
.AM.BR

These were released last year... I was able to register some of the best of these.

I think .net.br will be good for developers, SEO and stuff.

do you think it makes sense to register these ? I don't think so.

.net.br will get some type in traffic, but .taxi.br or .radio.br, I am not sure, rather doubt that.

Actually I don't know the reason for so many extensions other than make money for registro.br. Some extra extensions make sense... .net.br seems to make some sense and maybe will get some type in traffic, .tv.br also makes some sense... but in the end what Brazillians really use is .com.br and this is it... much more than .com

Regarding new extensions I only buy a few of the best within each extension.

Just a few that make a lot of sense for that extension and that's it.

For FM.BR I registered musica.fm.br musicas.fm.br radio.fm.br and a few others.

For TV.BR I registered filmes.tv.br carros.tv.br and a few others.

Justin.tv.br is getting a good traffic actually.

If some have real value these are them.

Poland has 154 extensions

But .pl + .com.pl have 86% of the .pl market and only .pl are worth registering.
