Not really. The whole spanish portfolio makes about 50 € a month. I'm working on my own solution for these Domains at the moment. It will be a very simplified content parking with strategic link building. It will take a few weeks before I can gradually go online with it though.

.ES don't have any restriction.

In theory, you should have business interests with Spain to qualify for registering .es domains. In practice this rule mostly absolutely unknown and actually impossible to really control.

Registrar change of .es domains is free of charge. Registry fees are are not charged until renewal date. Owner change is also free of charge, but buyer and seller need to provide a filled out form as well as proof of identity.
