can I buy a "dead" trademark names?
example www.macromediaflash.xxxx
found It's trademarks forms and papers was dead/deleted since 2005 by the current owner of flash mx [adobe], as They didn't use macromediaflash mx anymore and changed to adobeflash series [7,8,9] but not the dreamweavers, shockwaves, etc. very high number of flash mx users and millions of search engine volumes out there. will There any issue about this terms? will be an issue if adobe re-opens It's trademark form, right?
