This is a Spanish word? Can you disclose any other info about the buyer? Also, what is the sales price again please your post says:

$300.000,00 - I can't figure out this number is it $300k?? ($300,000)

Yes, imoveis.com.br is correct. This is a portuguese word. I can't tell about the buyer becouse he wishes to buy more domains in Brazil and would rise prices for him.

Yes the sale is 300K USD.

Great sale but I am honestly not surprised as the value in premium generic ccTLD's is huge in comparison to mediocre .com domains which barely make sense.

FYI for those interested I have Realestate.co.za that is leased to a company bringing in approx $5k USD annually.

A great sale, even for such a domain

In Portugal (smaller market) CCTlds cannot be sold so if you are looking for good portuguese country code domains then .com.br is the way to go.

I only have 2 .com.pt (virtual.com.pt and webhosting.com.pt) for development.

FCCN (the regulator) doesn't allow .pt or .com.pt domains to be sold, at least for now. It's part of registration rules...

Anyhow my focus have always been the .com and .net, all other tld's are secondary for me, even if I have lots of them (online.vc, tutorial.ws, apartment.ws, coupons.fm, ... etc). My money makers have always been global tlds...
My biggest cctld sale was video.io some years ago (Moniker / Traffic auction), and it was a modest one...
All my big sales were .com or .net

Maybe that will change someday.
