Default Why do people post GTLD's for sale here?????

Doesn't that defeat the purpose of this board and these threads? Honestly, I come here to read about CCtlds. That goes for buying them too.

There are plenty of other boards to advertise .coms or the other crap GTLDS(other than .com).

Can the mods here make a rule against posting all that other junk here? Or atleast give them their own section somewhere else so I don't have to wade through all the non relevant domains?

I guess the reasons for allowing gTLDs to be advertised are:
  • why sent Users with all sorts of tlds to another board if they can post it here
  • this board is still young, if it goes out of hand the mods will come up with a solution
  • other Users asked for it

Yeah Frank, that's pretty lame. Most of the .coms people are posting here are absolute crap that they would be embarrassed to post elsewhere. That market is pretty much tapped out and that's why most of us are over here.

Atleast with cctlds you have a chance of seeing some good stuff at good prices but having to wade through the rest of the junk people are posting just isn't worth it. Atleast create seperate forums for each.

Maybe they want to sell their gTLDs so that they can afford to buy some nice ccTLDs .

Well really the way that things are going it might be a good idea to diversify one***8217;s portfolio to include some ccTLDs , a lot of domainers are just beginning to see that there is as much potential in some ccTLDs as there were in the older extensions. IMO

By the way if you are interested in purchasing any of the gTLDs currently listed on my site at PerfectDomains.US you are welcomed to email me an offer at [ojohn@sbcglobal.net] . Thanks, ojohn

Agreed. Are the CCTLDs which are not used by local countries also considered to be junk too?
