you can always try to get a bit more. If the buyer is really interested in the domain he/she will counter offer, if your price is not totally over the top. As the potential buyer has already made a good offer, it seems that he knows about the value and thus might be willing to offer more. You should always go for the first offer you get. just my 2 cents.
