Default One reason because I don't make my .it sales public

I've open this thread just to discuss the problems/issues I've found when I've sold for mid xx,xxx an .it domain.

I never (NEVER) make public my sales again because the .it market is so crazy...another time I've sold a good keyword.it for high x,xxx but for 2 months (TWO MONTHS) some suckers on another italian forum still send me pm's for sell me gchfhfdghdfjdfdfhdfhjfjjj.it at 3k.

I don't have the time for this BS!!

This is why many .it domains change hands in the dark.
Italians stop loose your time comments other sales...and start to do your work.

This business is for who take action, not for who talking on forums all day.

This happens with many CCTLD's. Solution is to either:

1) Do the sale in private (Escrow.com etc, direct contract)

2) Ask aftermarket places like Sedo not to publish the sale

Unfortunately, it is easy to say but harder to do. Many times a seller or a buyer will want to use a place like Sedo for example that you know will publish the sale 95 percent of the time.

Sedo will keep your transactions private if you ask them to. It's possible to put a special note on your Sedo account so that none of your buy/sell transactions ever get published anywhere. Mail your Sedo Pro rep if you're part of Sedo Pro, or their support team, to get this arranged...

You right you can sell a name via Sedo and they keep it private if you want I've experienced it.
Anyway the problem is not make a sale public but have some peoples talk s... about your sale for weeks...probably this is a problem of my country but if you sold ciaociao.it they want sell you ciaociao1.it ciaociao2.it ciaociao3.it for 5k and you wasted all your time to reply them...it's crazy.

Hey I have only 24 hrs a day and I can't waste my time with this crap!
