.web.id is a meaningful name than .co.id as .web.id can be refered to "web identity" name, like proxies, ip address, nickname, mail account, etc.), right? What can be read for .co.id ? It's all depends in what purpose are You going to do with those cctlds.
I don't know how expensive are the Indonesian cctlds's price tag in abroad markets, but to register one .web.id only takes less than $4/year for me, but sometimes I got that for $8/year depends on the registrars (but You need to have a valid proof of Indonesian National ID to get that name or at least You know someone in Indonesia who has a valid Indonesian National ID then You can ask Him to register .web.id under his name just like what I did before. I think I will search more valid infos for this issue later with Their official registrar about transfering /trading ID's cctlds to foreigners, that's why ID names are so expensive if sold to non-Indonesian). That's all I know about Indonesian cctlds.

Hello Stone,
Thanks for Your post. Anyway, I think I would prefer .web.id than the .co.id, because .web.id domains are easier to register (as They only need a copy/scanned picture of valid Indonesian National ID to register the .web.id domains, if You don't have one, then You can ask someone You know in Indonesia who has a valid Indonesian national ID to register It under his name).
For the .co.id, as It was made for the Indonesia's corporations and company names only, so They will need a valid proof of corporation's official documents and papers, copies of National ID of the company's owner/representative or "in charge person". That's why I prefer to register .web.id as It has been easier to register even for personal use. But if You are going to buy Indonesian domains for corporation use then I might suggest You to get the .co.id as It will be more "official and bonafide" and representing a trustable company.
