nic.mx info for .MX registration
I just received an information bulletin from nic.mx regarding the rules for registration of .mx. Do somebody have a translation of them, my Spanish is not as perfect as I want to be. NIC México - Noticias.

I looked through the document. Does anyone know when the registration of .mx domains will be available?
EDIT: I found this link with all dates: NIC.MX announces launch periods for.mx But I have another question. There's an information that "Domains must contain at least 3 characters.". So NO 2 character .mx domains will be available to register? Even if I own two character domain in .com.mx? DD
