@Eurodns NL
I registered some domains .co.nl but in domain settings says: Domains under this top level domain cannot be updated. And the nameservers: Nameservers not editable What is the problem? Thanks |

Domains under .co.nl can't be updated uptil 60 days after Go Live (see Welcome-CO.NL - Your International Dutch Domain as well)
As per June 15th, all names can be updated (contact details, nameservers etc) free of charge, For next requests: pls contact me at sscholten@eurodns.com |

In my opinion presenting the number of registered domains under .co.nl is crucial and not revealing this information doesn't help this project at all.

I am a beginner on this level, but why does .co.nl make sense?
Aren't we going towards www.domain.nl.TLD ? Where does co stand for? |

Sorry, I mispelled the title!!!!!
Originally I wrote "Re: The domains .co.nl is coming" but I meant Re: The domains .com.nl is coming see com.nl com.nl fits in the ccTLD method .co.nl is old news, and subdomaining, not important. Not few people or companies yet registered on com.nl What role will it play, and what should old ikweethetniet.nl 's go when ikweethetniet.com.nl was already registered and used by someone else? policyupdate@icann.org DomainNews Nederland das@namesbeyond.com |

Dear JP Blankert, COM.NL has exactly the same technical status as CO.NL: it is a SUB domain... The only difference is that co.nl is organised in a more professional way (IMHO) with a large distribution network and hence more accepted. CO.NL started up about 13 months ago, COM.NL about 3 months ago. DomainNews.nl never posted about COM.NL, ICANN has nothing to do with it as it is a sub domain (just as co.nl) and Names Beyond does not sell com.nl names.... This being said, i do think that a sub domain like co.nl (or com.nl for that matter) has a value. Especially since NL is going towards 3.7 Mln registrations. But in every way keep in mind that these are both sub domains! Sander |

Another subdomain on an very competative market, makes me wonder how many domains can a country have? Already the Netherlands have the highest number of domains per capita in the world (not counting the .tk/.cc/.nu domains, since these are marketed as gtlds).
Too bad you're not willing to share some data about the number of co.nl registrations
