Default Appraisal request for some Dutch TLD domains...

I know they're not ".nl" domains, but this is probably a fantastic place to find Dutch speakers who are also knowledgeable about domain names, so...

... would anyone be willing to appraise/comment on the following?

krant.org
makelaar.org
nietroken.com
paren.net

Thanks!

Default Re: Appraisal request for some Dutch TLD domains...

If you can't get the .nl in Holland you'd probably try again to get it. If you don't succeed you go for the .com. If that's unavailable too some businesses have no problem with the .eu extension. In Holland the .org extension is strongly associated with it's original use: (not for profit) organizations. If you put that all together I think the most valuable of those four is makelaar.org. A 'makelaar' is a broker, and usually the word is used for real estate brokers, so the keyword is very strong but the tld does not match very well so it is still not very valuable. Second would come paren.net (paren = couples) because of the development potential. The other two don't make sense to me. A 'krant' is a newspaper and I can't see any use for the combination with .org. Nietroken.com (non-smoking) imo has no commercial value.
