I have been online for quite some time now and started to gain interest with domain names a year ago. I hope I could learn a lot from this forum. I think there are a lot of opportunities for ccTLDs, if not now, in the near future.

Right now, the businesses are focus in Call Center. They have Call Center Conference yearly.

We can make one.

i think were a bit far off from a local traffic conference, but it would be great if there were more local participants at those types of conferences.

ahmmm...guys, what do you mean by traffic conference? is it like an online conversation?

i'm going to register .ph/.com.ph domains too. i'm just working on my budget.

anyway, do we have a governing body that covers trademark issues here in PH?

Traffic conference is a domain name conference that is originally initiated here in US, now moving to other part of the world. It is the actual conference not an online forum.

PH still young with regards to domain name business, you still have the opportunity to make more money in .PH portfolio. Filipinos are always online anyway, and we are scattered around the globe.

Regarding trademarks, we do have trademarks in the Philippines.

I market .PH through Directory, you can add your website for free promotions. Check it out.

That's why our kababayan still use .com domain name. Pinoy owned registration company is NeedName.com

because thats the price the registrar/registry set it at, they have discount prices if you buy credits in bulk in advance.
