There is always some truth in the press coverage and some misunderstanding, let me give you some update: The excess of the powers of one of the former employees of NASK’s financial department has resulted in the involvement in the transactions in the financial derivatives, as the result of which NASK has experienced some loss, however, with no significant effect on our budget. As a result of the internal control, the nature and the consequences of the transactions have been disclosed. NASK immediately took legal actions to recover (from the involved banks) all funds involved in the transaction. We have a very good chance to get all the money back. ![]() Andrzej Bartosiewicz |
