Hello and welcome to the .pl Forum....
Here you can discuss legal issue regarding registration, maintenance, transfer, and protection of your .pl domains here... .pl What requirements must be met when applying for a .PL domain name? The applicant is obliged to provide: the Domain Name, all pertinent data together with a person authorized to act on behalf thereof, and at least two servers intended to maintain the Domain Name. How many .PL domain name applications may be submitted? For now, an unlimited number of .PL domain names can be applied and registered for. Are the details of DNS servers necessary to provide to 101Domain? Yes, it is essential. To register the .PL domain name, one shall provide the data of at least two DNS servers (name servers): their names and IP numbers (if the name of DNS server includes the domain name that is being registered). The technical support of DNS service is usually provided by the Internet Service Provider (ISP). What are the syntax rules for .PL domain names? 1) The Domain Name may consist exclusively of the following characters: Latin alphabet letters, digits and character "-". 2) The character "-" must not be placed at the beginning of the Domain Name, at the end thereof and on the 3rd and 4th position within the Domain Name concurrently (the only exception allowed is the Domain names with "xn--" prefix). 3) The Domain Name may consist up to 63 characters in total - it applies to every single name in every single Domain, regardless of the level/extension, for example: .pl, .com.pl. 4) The size of letters in the Domain Name is of no significance for the maintenance of the Domain Name. Is there an established Dispute Policy for .PL domains? All domain name registrations are subject to our registration agreement and dispute resolution policy. ICANN has adopted a Universal Dispute Policy Resolution Policy (UDPR) that clearly states that all disputes will be handled legally with respect to the rules and regulations of the .PL extension and all applicable laws of Poland. For more information about the Dispute Policy, please contact 101Domain. In the event that the Domain Name is registered, you agree to be bound by the Dispute Policy that is incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof. For more information about this policy, please contact 101Domain. In disputes arising between the Domain Applicant and the Registrar in connection with conformity to the Rules and Procedures the opinion of the Registrar, or if requested by the Registrar, that of the Registry shall be decisive. In case of disputes arising between the Registrar and the Registry the opinion of the Registry shall be determinant. Source: www.dns.pl / 101domain.com |
