Regulation for .co.uk domain

Hi i am a new user for this forum, i need help, i am looking for domain for my website but there is only the .co.uk domain is blank for purchase, question is that is there any regulation for buying .co.uk domain, cuz i am not residing in uk, thanks i need your suggestion.

It seems that you are trying to register ccTLD domain name. And in this case you need to be resident of UK.
Are you resident of UK?
